Nanotechnology is developing rapidly and is becoming important for many areas of science and industry. This creates a growing need for precise measurements at the atomic scale and for reliable, versatile instruments.
NT-MDT has more than 30 years of experience in developing instrumentation specifically for nanotechnology research. Our products are used in laboratories working with scanning probe microscopy and other nanoscale technologies.
We develop modular SPM systems that can be adapted to the needs of a university laboratory, an industrial R&D department or a large multi-user research centre. Our solutions also include technologies for nanotomography and spectroscopy-based analysis.
Along with instrument development, we provide application support and technical service through representative offices and distributor centres around the world.
